Bare Root Plants

Pre-order bare roots for Fall (October) delivery now.  All plant orders ship first-come, first-serve.
Sorry, we don't ship plants to California, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.
Seed ordered with bare roots in summer will be shipped with roots in Fall, an optimal time for outdoor native seeding.
Bare Root plants offered for sale on this website are grown outdoors in garden beds and are NOT wild dug.  Since persistent digging of wild plants can deplete and destroy local native plant populations, it is important for prospective plant buyers to be aware of the origin of commercially sold plants.  Our roots are at least 1 growing season old; many are 2+ years old.  A planting depth photo for each species is included with shipments.
