Plants offered for sale on this website are grown in greenhouses (potted) from our seed, or outdoors in garden beds (bare root) and are NOT wild-dug.  Because persistent digging of wild plants can deplete and destroy local native-plant populations, it is important for prospective plant buyers to be aware of the origin of commercially-sold plants.
