Danielle
Danielle joined the Sales Team in November of 2025, transferring her background in education from students in the classroom to Prairie Moon’s native gardener and restoration base. She recently finished her Master's degree in biology, conducting research on the pollination behavior of solitary ground-nesting bees in WI and MN. Danielle had followed these amazing pollinators back to Prairie Moon Nursery several years prior when she first began conducting native bee research. Her experience with Prairie Moon began at the customer level as she purchased seeds and plants for her yard to attract and sustain the bees she was studying! She is thrilled to put her knowledge of pollinator conservation to good use by helping customers plan their own native habitat to support these important creatures.
Outside of work, you can find Danielle working in her garden, staring at bees in the prairie, or volunteering with the Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation and other local conservation groups.
