Bottlebrush Grass is a cool season grass; it actively grows during the spring and fall when soil temperatures are cool. Bottlebrush Grass provides texture and interest in shaded areas. It is a staple grass in our Savanna and Woodland seed mixes. It is also commonly called Elymus hystrix.
